What can we say, another month gone and we
can feel the first warm days trying to come through. The promise of spring is near. It is a great time of the year for buying flowers, they last much longer as opposed to Summer when the heat can wilt them quickly. They are cheap and plentiful and a great way to brighten up your day.
In August we had a
bit of a quiet time, many people had to reschedule due to a variety of Colds and Flus. Which gave us time to finally give everybody on our waitlist an appointment. But with Spring around the corner it will get busy fast again. So we encourage you to make your appointments early.
We also still have Student Colonics available in Oct, Nov and Dec if you are on a budget.
Some of our clients took advantage of the V-free travel choices and went to Europe to enjoy the Summer over there and indulge in some delicious baked goods.
It is interesting that many people comment on the difference in grains in Europe and India for example
compared to here.
Why can you eat and digest bread better in another country? The simple answer is because here in Australia our wheat contains 6x the amount of Gluten to give a greater yield when baking. As usual, it’s all about money.
And just in case you didn’t know: Wheat contains over 40 allergens – not just gluten –
that can trigger digestive problems. This is the reason why nobody – Cealiac or not – should eat wheat.
If this is something that interests you, check out the articles we published this month in our Library:

BTW if you are not sure what you can eat when you go off Gluten, check out

Last but not least, we are very happy to welcome Lorelei,
who as a integrative health nurse brings a lot of experience to our team and has in her short time with us already established a loyal following.
See you all soon
