Many people have used November to get themselves in order for Christmas. A lot of reflection about special times is just around the corner no matter what
your beliefs.
There are questions about travel you may have scheduled. Meeting up with friends and family. Preparing and gatherings supplies for those inevitable gatherings and spur of the moments meet ups.
Our intuition is tested this time of year and frankly, it takes a bit of magic to pull it all
off.
So, I suppose it is good that November is associated with the Goddess Isis.
For those of you unfamiliar with the reign of Isis, the Romans held the festival of Isis throughout the whole month of November. Her traditional role was as a wife, mother, healer, and protector. She was known for her visions and
powerful intuition.
Isis was the goddess of good fortune, the sea, travel, magic and the healing arts. Sailors worshipped her and her incredible healing abilities. Her spells of protection were sought after by clergy and kings. So thank you Isis!
Meanwhile, I am feeling very excited that the Esther Hicks
Cruise to New Zealand that we paid for before Covid has finally come around and I will be reporting back what we learned in our Christmas Newsletter.
It’s a great time to travel and I love the temperature this time of
year medium warm 25C. This would suit me all year round. This is why I love winter here in the Northern Rivers. But now with summer coming the heat is up. And with this, we start sweating and losing vital minerals.
But which minerals do you really need? Is it just a matter of taking some Magnesium and Zinc? Or shouldn’t we concentrate on some less known but equally important minerals like Selenium or
Silicon?
Sure – taking multi minerals ‘can’t heart’, but are you wasting your money?
I believe it is always better to check then to guess. At least be aware of the symptoms so you can have a more educated guess.
So, if you missed it,
here is what we looked at in regard to Minerals in November:
Determining mineral deficiency
Autism and Zinc deficiency
Selenium - vital for health
Silicon - a misunderstood mineral
Having minerals intravenously is another option we offer, which gives you quick results and is highly recommended together with oral minerals.
Stay healthy.
