Last month I mentioned that I would be attending the Abraham Hicks Cruise to New Zealand. New Zealand was fantastic and the Esther Hicks Seminar was a terrific event. Such an enlightening and wonderful review of the law of attraction and what we are putting out for as individuals. Our
intentions in life and the outcomes.
There was a large emphasis placed on allowing. How we can
step out of the way of our resistance to accept gifts from the universe based on our intentions, wishes, hopes and dreams. We all have our aspirations but many of us do not achieve the results we are after because we unconsciously impede them by noticing what is - instead of what could be.
Certainly, resistance is a concept we work with as colonic therapists. Many patients exhibit resistance due to the noticing of what is happening, rather than allowing it to happen. Of course, as holistic colon hydrotherapists much of our work is based in biology, but there are always other factors and issues that affect biology. So we take care of the physical side of things but we also support all other aspects.
For example, constipation is often a symptom of emotional blockages; not just caused by the food we eat but how our system processes it. Stress is a factor and when we are stressed or in pain, it can cause
constipation. Stress causes high emotion and our colon responds to that.
But as with the centuries old practice of breathwork for women giving birth, humanity has found ways to help with this.
At Vitalis health we try to help patients find ways around resistance. This is one of our biggest challenges as Holistic Colon Hydrotherapists because we are also looking for spiritual and emotional indicators, which can, depending on the severity, disrupt normal function in the body.
Resistance is not all bad, without it we would be completely pliable. And as individuals; this cannot be so. We need intent to deal with our physical world as well as our
past, present and future. Noticing tells our brains what we should resist, and what we should embrace.
Having a review of the law of attraction has really helped me to expand on the work I have been doing for over two decades. It’s not enough to provide a supportive environment and a well-run clinic, you have to engage fully with patients and gage their intent and ability to allow in the session.
As life gets more frustrating and we experience various forms of unwanted emotions, our organs store the different emotions in different organs. One of the most effected organs when it comes to anger and frustration is the liver and
gallbladder.
Particularly around the holidays when expectations are high with travel and family our emotions can be challenged and it is good to have a plan for minimizing this stress and the effect it has.
So this month we looked at how to support the Liver & Gallbladder:
The importance of Liver regeneration
How you can get Liver damage even without drinking Alcohol
The magic of Milk Thistle
Gallstones - a problem that can be easily rectified
As well as many yummy recipes that support our Liver.
And of course - don't forget our IV service in case you need to give it some extra TLC after too many celebrations.
I also want to take this opportunity to say Thank You, in the name of all members of the Vitalis Team for being our wonderful customers. You enrich our lives and bring joy to our day by allowing us to help you.
We wish you a calm and peaceful season filled with joy and laughter.
