Hello ,
The topic of the Heart is in focus in the Vitalis library this month.
Lately we have been hearing about an
increasing number of people with heart issues. If this is due to lifestyle or jabs, we don’t know. But it is certainly a noticeable difference from a few years ago.
With this in mind we thought it is time to see
what we can do to keep our most precious organ happily pumping.
Good heart
health habits
Medicinal foods for your heart
How to clean your arteries
And because Christmas is coming:
Alcohol and cardiac arrhythmias
They
say that the heart is a fickle thing.
The heart's fickleness is rooted in its vulnerability to external stimuli and internal conflicts. It responds to the intricate dance of hormones, neurotransmitters, and external circumstances that shape our emotional landscape.
It beats rhythmically, pumping life-sustaining blood throughout the body, but its metaphorical role in matters of love and emotion is equally intricate.
It reminds us of the
impermanence of emotions and the fluidity of human connections.
With all the physical things we can do to keep our heart healthy, one of the most important aspects of heart health is our happiness. And part of
happiness is forgiveness.
Being happy with ourselves as well as others and sharing the happiness is the only job we need to be good at. The happier we are – the more we get paid by the universe. So have a heart and enjoy the upcoming holiday season.
Wishing you a happy heart.
