As you know, I'm very passionate about educating people about health and encouraging everybody to take responsibility for their own health.

In our fast paced world we like to look for the quick fix, and yes, there is a quick fix out there just for you. The problem is that you have to find what works for you. Everybody is different.

The good news is that once you know what works for you, you have a tool for life that you can use to your advantage.
